Mystic Rose Antiques, Etc.

The historic gas station makes a perfect setting for the shop. – Sandy Manning

Mystic Rose Antiques, Etc. is located in the historic old gas station adjacent to Cressman's General Store on Highway 168 just 6 miles below beautiful Shaver Lake. The station, built in the early 1900s, was an integral part of the mountain community providing fuel and service to automobiles and logging trucks alike. The station ceased operation in the 1970s. It has been home to several businesses but never retail. In April 2011, it became home to Mystic Rose.

The owners, Sandi and Marty Manning have lived in the Shaver Lake area since 1999, when Marty retired after 32 years as a broadcast engineer at NBC New York and Burbank, CA. They built a beautiful victorian home after falling in love with the area's beauty, sereneness and four seasons.

The shop is decorated with country pine plank flooring and beautiful cabbage rose draperies to compliment the vintage look of the neighboring general store.

Sandi has collected antiques for over 40 years. In addition to antiques, the shop contains collectibles, mountain and garden decor, a line of beaded and feathered earrings, necklaces, bookmarks, window hangings, leather necklaces, rings & bracelets. You'll also find silverware windchimes from Missouri, candles, soaps and many gifts between $10 & $25.

During the summer months, you'll find antiques and furniture for sale in front of the store, where the cars once stopped for a fill-up!

Consignments are also welcome.
