Motherlode Century Spring Classic
ADA Accessibility Notes
The route does have some steep descents, and the 63 - 97 mile options have some steep climbs.
Rolling through ranch, forest, farms, and vineyards the 5th Annual Motherlode Century fulfills what avid cyclists search for. The 35 mile (2,824’ of climbing) loop provides a sampling of all the good elements of riding in the Gold Country, while the 66 mile (6,430' gain), 82 mile, and 95 mile (9,177' gain) routes add a remote canyon with two rewarding climbs and awe inspiring scenery. Attentive SAG support ensures riders a comfortable experience, and everyone will enjoy well stocked aid stations, a big lunch (66 - 97 mile riders), and delicious riverside dinner with live music. Post ride soak in the cool river, hot showers, massage, craft beers and local wines welcome you at the finish. Our host venue offers $10 camping, tent cabins, RV spaces and cabins to serve all your lodging needs; or try some of the local hotels and B&B's. Other valley attractions include rafting, hiking in the State Park, and more wineries and breweries than you can visit in a weekend. We offer discounts and trip planning services to groups.
This ride helps support the Friends of El Dorado Trails.
